Event Objectives

The primary purpose of the annual company event was to bring employees together to collaboratively shape the company’s goals and direction for the next five years. The event provided an opportunity for the team to step away from their day-to-day roles, reflect on the company’s progress and work together to establish a clear and shared vision for the future.

The event created an opportunity to:

• Collaboratively define and align on the company’s key goals and priorities for the next five years
• Bring employees together to contribute ideas, perspectives and insights into the company’s future direction
• Encourage collaboration, communication and team engagement through a combination of planning and activities
• Balance strategic planning with fun and team-building activities to create a positive and engaging company experience

By bringing the team together for a dedicated day of planning and activities, the event aimed to create greater clarity around the company’s future direction while strengthening relationships, collaboration and shared ownership of the goals ahead.

Why Dexcom Stadium?

Dexcom Stadium was chosen for its inspiring setting, strong venue aesthetics and ability to create the right environment for collaboration, conversation and strategic planning.

With teams based across Ireland, the location provided a central and recognisable venue where employees could come together for valuable face-to-face time and build stronger connections.

The dedicated events team was also a key advantage, providing support throughout the planning and delivery of the day. The venue’s established network of trusted suppliers for AV, photography, catering and event services also helped ensure the day was delivered seamlessly and efficiently.

Planning & Delivery

The Dexcom Stadium team were excellent throughout the planning and delivery process. They were highly responsive, collaborative and professional, with every detail handled with care.

The team also managed a quick room turnaround following another event the previous evening, with everyone working together to ensure the space was ready on time. They were equally accommodating when we made a last-minute request for additional space for photography and videography.

The AV delivery was excellent, and Max was an exceptional event lead, providing strong support and communication before, during and after the event and helping ensure the day ran smoothly.

The Result

The event successfully brought the team together to set the company’s goals for the next five years, while creating a valuable opportunity to strengthen connections, collaboration and engagement across the organisation.

The event employee survey scored 4.8 out of 5, with feedback covering key elements including the venue, AV, catering and location, reflecting the overall success of the event experience.
