Stadium Sales and Marketing Executive

Originally from the Wicklow Mountains, Max brings energy, passion, and valuable international experience to his role. After studying at Atlantic Technological University Galway, he spent two years in Australia and Japan working in sales across the cruise and ski industries.

Now delighted to be back in the West, Max has joined Connacht Rugby, where he proudly supports the development of Dexcom Stadium as the region’s premier events venue.

Meetings and Events Manager

Originally from Donegal and proudly calling Galway home, Kate brings a strong background in hospitality and event management to her role as Meetings & Events Manager. With a keen eye for detail, she works closely with clients to deliver seamless events tailored to their requirements.

From corporate meetings and conferences to gala dinners and special celebrations, Kate is committed to creating memorable experiences that consistently exceed expectations, while showcasing the exceptional facilities and hospitality that make Dexcom Stadium a leading events destination in the West of Ireland.

General Manager, Dexcom Stadium

Sinéad Cassidy is the General Manager of Dexcom Stadium, leading the operational delivery of one of Ireland’s new leading regional sporting venues and the home of Connacht Rugby. In her role, Sinéad oversees stadium operations, hospitality, events, and match-day experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional experiences for supporters, partners, and the wider community.

With extensive experience in hospitality, events, and venue management, Sinéad is committed to enhancing the fan experience, delivering new commercial opportunities, and positioning Dexcom Stadium as a year-round destination for sport, business, and community events. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, family-friendly environment and driving innovation across all aspects of the stadium experience. Working closely with the Connacht Rugby team and key stakeholders, Sinéad and her team continue to lead the evolution of Dexcom Stadium as a modern, inclusive, and sustainable venue that reflects the ambition and values of Connacht Rugby.

Sinéad is a graduate of ATU and the University of Galway and has completed the prestigious Harvard Business School Executive Programme, The Business of Entertainment, Media and Sport. In 2024 and 2026, she was named among the Top 50 Women of Influence in Irish Sport by Sport for Business, recognising her contribution to the industry and her leadership within the sector. She has also received multiple awards for marketing excellence and transformative leadership throughout her career.
