How do I get to Dexcom Stadium?

Our College Road location is just minutes from Galway City Centre, Ceannt Train Station, and Galway Coach Station. See our Location section to plan your journey and explore transport options.

Is there parking facilities?

We have parking available for up to 100 cars

How do I access the conference suite to set up my event?

Please access via College Road. Access through the main Stadium entrance. 

Can I access the conference room the day before my event to set up?

Access for set up prior to events is subject to availability and feed may apply. 

Is WiFi available?

Yes. At Dexcom Stadium Meetings and Events we understand your need for connectivity. We have invested in high quality WiFi throughout our meeting and event spaces. The network is available at no additional cost to guests.

Who will I liaise with on the day for any queries?

On the day of your event you will have a dedicated catering manager. Our meetings and events manager will be available for any last minute questions or requests.

What catering facilities are available, can catering companies be brought into the stadium?

Our onsite catering team, Master Chefs cater for all events. No outside catering is permitted

Is power available for poster exhibition/display stand?

We can provide up to 10 free sockets per event. There will be a charge per socket thereafter. This includes electricity cost and labour.

Does Dexcom Stadium have a preferred AV supplier?

Yes, Dexcom Stadium work with Sound to Light for any additional production requriements you may need outside of what we have available. 

Does Dexcom Stadium have a business centre?

No, however, our meetings and events manager can arrange for any printing and assist with any last minute requests.
